Regardless of whether it's an individual or a group, the new standard for meeting rooms includes video conferencing, presentation, and real-time collaboration.

Hosting a video call in a meeting room is dominated by two standard technologies:

  • Meeting Room Codec
  • Bring Your Own Meeting Room

Both standards require careful consideration of the following costs before implementation:

Mago Pro runs on an interactive flat panel and extends controls via the Mago Controller free app available for Apple iPad or Android tablets.
  2. Legacy Codec + Mago Essential: Use Microsoft Teams Room, Zoom Rooms, or Cisco codec with Mago Essential ingested into the HDMI-in of the codec for the best wireless casting experience without the need for dongles, drivers, or apps to install.

Add-Ons Available

  • Mago Controller: A free companion app for Apple iPad or Android tablets to control the UI and apps through a tabletop controller. Features include a trackpad, volume controls, and preferred app shortcuts for interactive meeting sessions. A special ProDVX-manufactured tablet controller is PoE powered and includes a unique feature to activate/deactivate a guest access point during meeting sessions with one tap.
  • Mago Collaboration Server (private server hosting): For customers with high security and confidentiality requirements, deploy a Mago Collaboration server as an option versus the standard cloud offering. Licensing is based on annual user subscriptions, not per server hosted. Only PLATINUM partners are eligible to promote/design/deploy a private server infrastructure for offering Mago on-premises/private to end customers. Supported deployment scenarios include physical servers hosted in customer datacenters with VM support (Windows Server license not included) and Azure cloud deployment (infrastructure subscription not included).
  • Mago Workspace: A free companion app for iOS and Android smartphones, allowing sign-in with Microsoft 365/Google accounts to connect personal calendars and cloud drives. Start/host VC meetings instantly by scanning a QR code on the Mago Pro launcher. Features include a trackpad, volume controls, and preferred app shortcuts for interactive meeting sessions. A free version of Mago Whiteboard is included (optional subscription plans or private hosted deployments available).
  • Air Quality and Comfort Sensors: Maintaining a healthy indoor environment is vital, especially as research highlights a direct link between indoor carbon dioxide levels and our performance and well-being. Mago has integrated with ATMO's leading technology, Atmocube (IAQ monitor), a top-tier RESET-certified commercial monitor. This innovative device monitors six environmental metrics, including CO2 concentrations, to optimize office and shared spaces.
  • Mago Admin Center:The central management console for managing, monitoring, analytics, reporting, updating, upgrading, and maintaining Mago products and third-party hardware deployed in your infrastructure. An intuitive dashboard provides real-time control of your infrastructure and immediate notification of issues or anomalies. The first year of Mago products is included, and from the second year onwards, a small maintenance fee subscription provides upgrade rights to the latest features of Mago products.
